Magnolia is one of St Lucia’s newest contemporary residentials suites. With spacious single level living and large balconies overlooking Guyatt Park, Magnolia is a heavily sought after location for investors and new residents.
Project Summary
Between May 2019 and December 2019, Harvey Norman Commercial Queensland collaborated with the skilled team at Buildico. Working together, the building’s construction ran smoothly and was completed according to schedule.

Harvey Norman Commercial’s major players in Magnolia's development were experienced Executive Accounts Manager Plumbing, Danny Saul and Executive Accounts Manager Electrical, Carina Mudford.
Villeroy & Boch and Argent were the plumbing range behind the inspiration for this project. Both of these brands were chosen for their high functionality, outstanding beauty, long-lasting quality and detailed designs.
Ilve was the electrical brand of choice. Showcasing a high level of quality, Ilve are well-known and sought after products, recognised for their essence of culinary finesse.
