Brisbane 1 is a landmark residential development comprising 608 apartments across 3 luxury buildings in Cordelia Street, South Brisbane. Offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as 3 magnificent penthouses, the Brisbane 1 Towers were built with the intention of delivering high-end living spaces perfect for entertaining guests, lapping up the city views and enjoying premier city living.
Project Summary
The team at Harvey Norman Commercial originally partnered with R & F Property and Bureau Proberts to collaborate on the early design works in 2015. In 2016, the project then went out to tender and, after the contract was awarded, Hutchinson Builders began construction in November 2017, following that Planet Plumbing were successful in winning the hydraulic services for this project.

Products We Supplied
Over our 2-year involvement in this project, we supplied more than 3,100 electrical appliances and 11,296 plumbing products.

All electrical products were supplied directly to Hutchinson Builders. Due to the calibre of the project and with future residences in mind, we supplied the highest quality products from Bosch, Miele and Fisher Paykel to include in the fit-out for these luxury apartments.

All plumbing products including water metering systems were supplied directly to Planet Plumbing. Being such a large project, there were over 21 different plumbing suppliers involved with some of the major brands being Parisi, Paco Jaanson and Zip.
The Result
The Brisbane 1 fit-out went exactly as planned. Our team were able to help select, coordinate and supply the right products for the job in a smooth and seamless fashion. Once complete, the result was a range of truly inspiring apartments and penthouses that any homeowner or resident would love to live in.
