Situated in one of Brisbane’s most prestigious addresses, Amparo by Mosaic sets a new standard for luxury, low-rise residential buildings in the area. Positioned in Taringa’s Dress Circle on Swann Road, its north-east facing position provides the perfect balance of breathtaking city skyline views and leafy surrounds.
The project was completed in 2020 and has proven popular for local downsizers who love the area and its proximity to restaurants, shopping centres and parks.
Project Summary
Built and developed by Mosaic Construction, the boutique luxury development comprises 16 designer residences, a resort-style rooftop pool and a sun deck. The final project features generous open-plan designs throughout, with high ceilings and full-height glass doors.
The distinguished, one-of-a-kind residential building includes custom cabinetry, stone benchtops and European designer appliances. Troy Collins was the key representative from Harvey Norman Commercial Queensland, bringing his excellent product knowledge and 22 years’ worth of experience to deliver a range of top-end appliances.

In line with the project’s focus on quality and an upgraded lifestyle, Troy recommended the upgraded 90cm appliances specifications instead of the standard 60cm products to cater to increased cooking capacity.
