In collaboration with Hutchinson Builders, 272 Hedges Avenue is set to be the newest luxury skyscraper to land on the Gold Coast in over a decade and is scheduled for completion in mid 2022.
 

Once completed, the luxury residential address will boast 44-storeys of exquisite ocean views, beachfront parklands and vibrant retail and dining precincts. Each of the 97 apartments will encompass architectural brilliance that celebrates an opulent coastal lifestyle. Buyers will have the choice between luxury two-bedroom, three-bedroom, sky homes, penthouses and sub-penthouses for purchase.

Project Summary 
 

Decades of architectural design work was required to achieve the final design that encompasses a shimmering appearance as it catches the natural sunlight from all angles of the building. Richard recommended one of the most renowned ranges of cooking appliances products - Dolce Stil Novo by Smeg. For this particular project, Smeg Dolce Stil Novo kitchen appliances have been selected to be used across all 97 apartments.

 

The Result 

There is much anticipation for the project’s completion, as the majority of apartments have already been sold. Harvey Norman Commercial Queensland is thrilled to contribute as one of the major kitchen electrical appliance suppliers in the yet to be completed luxury 272 Hedges Avenue project.
