  • Please send a clear photo of any plumbing product to assist our team with product identification. 


B – APPLIANCES –

  • All electrical warranties require a serial number to be provided with the exception of some cooktops 

  • This information assists our suppliers when supplying spare parts and may speed up your warranty repair


C – COOKTOPS – 

  • The serial number is underneath and often inaccessible, please send a clear photo of the Cooktop to assist us determine the brand and model number if unable to get access to the underneath of your appliance.

A video is required to demonstrate the fault for all Plumbing Products
